When will my item ship?: We ship out items every Saturday. The average time of arrival is 3-5 days within the US, and 1-2 weeks International.
Do you ship internationally?: Yes. There may be additional custom fees, which are not our responsibility.
Will you restock items?: We will announce restocks on Violetcookie's Instagram story, so keep an eye out for that by turning notifications on! Restocks are determined on popularity of the item.
Problem with Shipping: Once orders ship, it’s no longer our responsibility. We have no control over postage. Any postal issues cannot be resolved through us, they must be resolved through your local postal office.
Problem with Order: If there's a problem with your order upon delivery, contact us with your order number, photos, and an explanation of the issue. We will try our best to resolve it.
Return Policy: We do not take returns. All sales are final once the item has been shipped out. Please make sure to check that all address information is correct before purchase.
